Note1:When using both USB-C ports simultaneously, use the upper port for charging laptops.
Note2:Charging cables for compatible devices are not included and must be purchased separately. For optimal 100W charging, use an E-Marker cable.
Note3:Apple's 5.9-foot Thunderbolt cable is not compatible with select models from Samsung, Dell, and Lenovo.
Note4:Charge your Apple Watch first when using multiple devices. If the Apple Watch charger is connected to a USB-A port without an Apple Watch, unplug and reconnect it before charging.
Note5:The USB-C to Lightning cable draws power from the charger even when not connected to any device.
Note6:Due to MacBook charging identification, it is normal to see a plug symbol in the battery icon when charging a MacBook with a third-party wall charger. Charging will revert to normal automatically after approximately 1 minute.
