Shipping Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with Prime Select USA. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms in this policy. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience. If you have any questions, contact us at sales@primeselectusa.com.

Important: Prime Select USA is managed and supported from Canada. Most orders shipped to U.S. customers are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States through U.S.-based fulfillment or supply partners. Because these packages ship domestically within the U.S., they generally do not incur import duties or tariffs at delivery. However, if a product may involve import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or import taxes, this will be clearly disclosed on the product page and/or at checkout before you place your order.

2. Order Processing Time

·         All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

·         Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

·         During high order volume periods, processing times may be delayed. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

·         Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed the next business day.

·         For eligible Same-Day Delivery orders, additional cutoff times may apply. If Same-Day Delivery is available for your order, the applicable cutoff (if any) will be shown at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

·         Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the United States.

·         We ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL (carrier selection may vary by destination and fulfillment partner).

·         Same-Day Delivery (selected items only): Some items may be eligible for Same-Day Delivery in select areas. If your item(s) and delivery address qualify, Same-Day Delivery will appear as an option at checkout. If it is not shown at checkout, your order is not eligible and standard shipping options will apply.

Estimated delivery times:

·         Same-Day Delivery (selected items only): Same business day (when available and selected at checkout)

·         Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

·         Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

·         Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number.

·         Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

·         We currently ship only within the United States.

·         We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

·         We do not offer international shipping at this time.

·         Same-Day Delivery is available only for select items and select U.S. delivery areas. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

·         If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking status first.

·         If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or household members and contact the shipping carrier for more details.

·         If the issue persists, contact us at sales@primeselectusa.com and we will assist where possible.

7. Damages & Missing Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

·         Take clear photos of the package and any damaged items and keep all packaging materials.

·         Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim where required.

·         For missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@primeselectusa.com.

8. Address Accuracy & Changes

·         Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

·         If an incorrect address is provided, Prime Select USA is not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable.

·         Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

·         If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you.

·         Customers may be required to pay a re-shipping fee for orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
