Return & Refund Policy

At Prime Select USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to assist with eligible returns, exchanges, and refunds as outlined below.
1. Returns
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, as long as the issue is not caused by customer error. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags (if applicable), and in their original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We do not accept returns for non-defective items due to customer-side issues such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or purchasing the incorrect item.
Return Process
· Contact us at sales@primeselectusa.com to initiate a return request.
· If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
· Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a return shipping label or an alternative solution where appropriate. For all other reasons, returns are not accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at sales@primeselectusa.com so we can resolve the issue.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
· Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
· Custom products (personalized or special orders)
· Personal care items (beauty and hygiene products)
· Final sale items and gift cards

4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If an eligible replacement is available, we will arrange an exchange. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund in accordance with Section 5.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or confirm the issue, if a return is not required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds
· Check your bank statement.
· Contact your credit card provider (it may take time before a refund is officially posted).
· If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at sales@primeselectusa.com.
