Serving Suggestion: We recommend the following:

• Black Tea - use water boiled to 98°C/208°F and let the tea infuse for 3-5 minutes before removing.
• Green Tea -use water boiled to between 55-75°C/131-167°F and let the tea infuse for 2-3 minutes before removing.
• Number of servings (using 1 heaped tsp / 0.07 oz. per cup): 70 cups of English Breakfast, 50 cups of Earl Grey and 50 cups of Mango & Bergamot – that’s a grand total of 170 cups!
