You can trust that 100% of end-to-end greenhouse gas emissions are measured and then balanced to net zero by actively growing verified woody vegetation that is absorbing the equivalent amount of CO2. This vegetation only occurs on farms that supply us with 100% grass-fed Angus beef cattle. Our measurements cover the whole life and care of our products end-to-end including from farm, processing, shipping, right to the consumer's home in the USA, including disposal of packaging. *USDA certified.
