Preparation Instructions: Chicken Breasts: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 3-5 days. Skillet: Lightly coat skillet with oil or cooking spray. Heat pan over medium high heat, then add breast and brown for 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook for 6-9 minutes. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F, then place breast on foil lined baking sheet and cook for 17-21 minutes. Grill: Spray grill with cooking spray, then preheat to medium high and grill breasts for 3-4 minutes per side. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165F. Chicken Thighs: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 48 hours after thawing. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning. Place chicken on a lightly oiled sheet pan. Roast for approximately 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
